Just had a short stay, didn't experience a lot of the service. However I was able to have a fresh shower and sleep just fine. Had a pretty full kitchen.

I have never stayed at this chain before. It was more affordable than a lot of the options in Bismarck, so I wasn't really sure what to expect. It was fantastic though. The room was nice and everything was clean and comfortable. My room came with a kitchenette so I think it would be great for longer stays. There's no beautiful lounge and I think it said they don't do housekeeping during your stay, but other than that, it was just as nice as a lot of more expensive places I've stayed. I partially chose it because it's dog-friendly. The pet fee was cheaper than a lot of places too. I think it was $16 for one dog.
After driving three long days to get to North Dakota, this was by far the best hotel we stayed at along the way. We were actually recommended to MyPlace Hotel in Bismarck by our realtor while purchasing a new home, and I’m so glad he did! Our room was spotless, with two comfortable beds and a convenient little kitchenette. The dog walking area was a great bonus for travelers with pets, and the property had excellent lighting at night (just watch your step, not every pet owner cleans up after their dog). I have to highlight the amazing staff. Rhoda at the front desk was exceptionally kind, professional, and always smiling. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, you can tell she truly enjoys helping guests. I also had the pleasure of meeting David, the General Manager, and it was refreshing to see how hands-on and engaged he is with his hotel. As a former General Manager myself, I can confidently say this property runs like a well oiled machine. We stayed for 7 days, had a great experience, and will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Do not stay here person behind desk was rude Wanted to extend stay however since it was a 3rd party booking woul have to check out then check in again. I have stayed at many hotels using ac3rd party booking and every hotel has been accomdating thus person waa rude and confretational will never stay at a my place hotel again esoecially bismatck,nd
Very clean room, I was impressed. Very pleased. Naomi "I'm sure I spelled her name wrong", was very kind and professional. Enjoyed visiting with her during check in. I would have absolutely no problem staying at this location again.
